**Customer Service Officer - Finance (NDIS Plan Management) **on a permanent, full-time basis.

**_What will I be doing?_**
**_ _**
The purpose of this role is to manage NDIS Plan Management clients, provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department and undertake special projects as required. This position will work closely with staff at all levels and will provide best practice solutions in a continuous improvement environment.
**NDIS Plan Management**
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing plan management clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Assist existing clients with NDIS plan renewal, rollover and extension.
- Liaise with clients, Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators as needed.
- Perform all the accounting functions in the Finance areas of NDIS Plan Management, duties including but not limited to data entry in Brevity, creating clients service bookings, maintaining the database and maintaining and reviewing budgets.
- Ensure all NDIS Plan management’s claims and payments are made, consistent with the Plan Management service agreement.
**Accounting and Administration**
- Assist the accounts receivable (AR) function to contact debtors and provide support to ensure overdue accounts are paid within agreed terms.
- Provide administrative support across the finance department.
- Undertake general administration duties as required for projects.
- Respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all queries from both internal and external customers.
**We are looking for**:
- Have working knowledge within a Finance/ Accounts Team. i.e., Credit Control Accounts Clerk, Accounts Receivable etc
- An effective communicator with a keen eye for detail to deliver high quality outcomes for all stakeholders
- An adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Someone who has a high level of time management skills, with the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
- You will be required to obtain a NDIS Workers Screen and Blue card.
- Supply a Covid 19 Certificate of Vaccination as per the Qld Health Direction for workers in a healthcare setting
