**The Role**
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role where you’ll oversee sales and marketing activities, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns, strategies, and relationship management while contributing to day-to-day coordination and operations of our marketing initiatives. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing, and event planning.
- Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, website).
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members as required.

**About You**
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on marketing coordination experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, including campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate a team.
