**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining positive internal and external relationships
- Negotiating with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
- Implementing and optimizing end-to-end procurement processes
- Manage and define storage strategy in the warehouse maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Creating and maintaining long term forecast with stakeholders
- Coordinating with warehouse inbound logistics
- Supervise purchasing team and monitor performance

**Key requirements and desirable skills**:

- A friendly and professional outlook.
- Initiative, motivated and with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
- Able to establish project schedules and respect budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including Excel, ODataFeed queries) and ideally with experience in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Tertiary qualified ideally master’s degree in economics or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role ideally in a matrixial organization.
- Solid experience with complex manufacturing and procurement environments.
- The employee may be required to travel.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
