ATCO's Australian operations are headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and specialise in creating innovative, customer focused energy and infrastructure solutions. ATCO owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network with more than 800,000 connection points and 14,500km of pipelines. ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara. These facilities collectively generate 266 megawatts of power, providing energy for thousands of public sectors, domestic, industrial and commercial consumers across the country.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator**to support our **Network Expansion** team, located in Jandakot WA.

In this administrative role, you will assist the Project Lead with managing project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating schedules and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure project milestones are met and communications run smoothly.

**What You Will Get To Do**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and document control systems.
- Track and report project progress, including vendor and contractor documentation.
- Assist with cost estimating, tracking, financial reporting, and project registers.
- Coordinate with Project Supervisors, field staff, and stakeholders; organize meetings and workshops.
- Prepare reports, updates, meeting notes, presentations, and assist with project closeout activities and customer invoicing.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (desirable) with Project Management qualifications (highly regarded).
- Experience in utilities or construction sectors with proven project coordination, governance, or administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power BI desirable) and familiarity with financial systems like SAP (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
