Long established within Australia, our client is a premium provider of high-quality Foodservice products provided to a number of diverse industries and verticals. Its presence continues to grow across the Healthcare sector, with connections across both Public and Private arenas. Their tried and tested niche product range, across 5 categories, is revered by chefs across the country and uses fresh local ingredients. The business goes from strength to strength and is the number 1 brand in many states across the country. With their head office based in Sydney, they are now looking to continue their expansion across the Healthcare space with the appointment of a Channel Development Manager, due to the recent success and promotion of the previous incumbent.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the National Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with overall revenue growth of the product line within the Healthcare sector, both in New South Wales and across Australia nationally.
You will be required to:
- Maximise Foodservice revenue potential in Public & Private Healthcare settings
- Promote high-end, locally sourced produce
- Grow accounts with existing client groups such as NSW Health, BUPA, Healthscope & Ramsey
- Acquire market knowledge for NPD purposes
- Undertake appropriate territory diary management, planning and coverage
- Work with the Marketing team to promote the food range
- Support the wider Sales team to achieve company growth objectives
- Sell to key stakeholders within the Healthcare space
- Participate in key tenders for large accounts
**Skills & Experience**
- In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous sales or account management experience in the Foodservice or Healthcare sectors, with an existing network across the Healthcare space.
- Additionally, you will have:
- High level of commercial acumen, passion and drive
- A passion for food and foodservice
- An energetic attitude towards your work and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Experience working on tenders
- Strong experience in business development
- Solid relationship-building skills
- This role will attract an outgoing, results-driven, approachable person, with a true passion for networking, building partnerships and keeping up to date with Foodservice events and trends in the Healthcare sphere.
- You will have a high level of resilience and the ability to think on your feet as well as the ability to leverage relationships and build creative partnerships.

**Salary**
- $95,000 - $105,000 (based on experience) + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus
