**Key requirements**:

- Ensure consumers are offered choice which is encouraged to promote their independence.
- Ensure all consumers, their families and staff are treated with respect and dignity.
- Complete assessments, documentation and care planning
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications
- Conduct wound assessments, dressing and notify Clinical Care team for reviews.
- Appropriately consult with physicians and refer consumers to Allied Health professionals.
- Complete assigned personal hygiene and direct resident care
- Meeting required Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Guide and manage staff to deliver a leading aged care service that enhances the consumer’ experience.
- Tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

Royal Freemasons is a NDIS-approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labor hire and volunteers must complete a NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an **International Police Check** for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

All aged care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and encouraged to receive the flu vaccine. All successful applicants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
