**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with People & Culture for proactive recruitment and onboarding of BSS staff.
- Oversee incident reports and client complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate training for Lead Support Workers and Support Worker staff to meet operational needs.
- Lead and support the rostering and Aged Care Support Worker teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Optimise rostering processes for efficient service delivery.
- Manage financial resources related to rostering for cost efficiency and budget adherence.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentation to support compliance and improvement.
- Maintain organised records of rostering schedules, staff leave, training, and performance appraisals, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Document staffing changes and prepare required reports promptly in line with MC policies.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams and with clients.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation practices aligned with organisational policies, including timely reports for incidents and performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of rostering data for payroll processing.

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**:

- Valid National Police Check
- Australian Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccination

**Essential Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Social Services, or related field.
- Experience managing frontline and rostering staff in aged care or community services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of the Aged Care and Disability sectors.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Understanding of basic HR practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing training plans for staff.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)
