They will make people’s workdays more rewarding and efficient by facilitating services and anticipating requirements for the occupants of this co-working space.At the heart of the workplace our Concierge team provide personalised services to our tenants and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community. They will be the first point of engagement with tenants and visitors, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience.**The Opportunity**:

- Serve as the welcoming face of the asset in the CBD, fostering a warm and inviting lobby atmosphere.
- Oversee the Visitor Management sign-in system, offering technical support as needed.
- Identify and create opportunities for personalized, high-quality guest service.
- Manage the Concierge service-request portal, ensuring prompt responses to all guest inquiries.
- Provide local insights and support for staff and guests, including event ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a front-of-house role within corporate, events, or hospitality settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and connect with diverse guests.
- Genuine passion for service and interest in fostering a sense of community.
- Attention to detail in following established processes and procedures.
- Ability to confidently address and resolve a variety of inquiries and complaints.
