- With a fresh approach to Concierge services and lifestyle concepts, **Etymon Concierge** is designed to elevate the standards and sophistication of residential developments.

The vision is to bring a traditional hotel concierge service, in combination with 360 lifestyle management to the homes of our discerning residents. The key to our success truly lies in the individuals of our **Etymon Concierge** team, and as such we are looking for Sydney’s best Concierge who emanates a positive and proactive approach, with a thirst for learning, and a passion for 5-star service.

**The Opportunity**
Our concierge team are the warm, welcoming faces of our luxury residential buildings. Working alongside the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of guest experience of our residents and their guests. This role is based out of the Blue Building in Milson's Point and will be suitable for someone wanting to progress as a Concierge, with full-time and management opportunities in the pipeline when an additional residential building opens in early 2024.

**The Details**
- Welcome all residents and their guests to the building and assist with entry access
- Attend to residents’ needs as requested, including but not limited to, taking messages, receiving deliveries, delivering newspapers, and storing keys
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s services and facilities
- Announcing the arrival of any guests, couriers, service people and obtaining permission for access
- Arranging access to authorised persons, in relation to car park entry and exit, restricted levels, front foyer, and lift lobbies
- Monitoring CCTV cameras and reporting any issues or unauthorised access to Building Management or the correct authorities
- Assistance with the Lifestyle management piece of our service as required and directed
- Manage the technology portal, responding to all service requests in a timely manner
- Manage the Visitor Management sign-in system, providing technical assistance where required
- Provide information and support to customers and visitors regarding amenities, transport, and places of interest within the building vicinity
- Report on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas
- Advocating for special events and initiatives that guests are attending
- Reporting on insights learnt ‘on the ground’ and all guest services related matters to the wider management team
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with the venue management and staff
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality, Safety & Environmental Management System.

**The Skills You Bring**
- Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar role within a hotel or premium customer service environment
- Proven ability to provide exceptional and personalised customer experiences
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Sydney, its restaurants, bars, attractions and What’s On
- Availability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends (not overnight)
- Impeccable presentation and an element of personal flair
- Can work independently and as a team with a positive can-do approach.
