**We are seeking motivated Concierges with exceptional customer service and previous experience in hospitability, guest service or security.**

Our client provides concierge & resident services to several large strata schemes both on a 24 hour and rotational roster basis. Industry leading Facilities Management, Concierge & Resident Services to large scale strata plans. The combined management team has over 45 years of industry specific experience in providing first class services for a range of high profile commercial and residential clients.

**Your Role**:

- Welcoming clients and ensuring customer satisfaction is delivered
- Maintenance of building lobby and common facilities
- Coordinating and reporting building maintenance issues
- Ensuring the site is in accordance with legislation and company procedures
- Ensuring optimum security is achieved
- Coordinating and arranging resident move ins/outs
