One of Australia's leading corporate concierge providers is seeking a **Head Concierge** for an assignment within one of Sydney's most prestigious buildings.

The **Head Concierge** will provide outstanding service to the tenants & grow the community culture within the building.

Warmly welcome tenants and visitors, setting the tone for the lobby experience and ambience

Manage the Concierge service-request portal, responding to all service requests in a timely manner

Training and development of new staff members

Be the Host and face of the lobby to all visitors, 3rd parties, staff and tenants

Provide information and support to customers and visitors regarding amenities, transport and places of interest within the building vicinity

Assist in driving activations and promote usage of the communal spaces and range of amenities available to tenants

Report on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas

- 8 hour shift
