**The role**

Partner across the business to execute a change plan and assist with the successful delivery of our client's business and technology initiatives.

You will be managing the tactical and technical aspects of organisational change, whilst keeping the desired culture led approach, people, customers, and the community at the forefront.

Working closely and collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders while also working within a professional transformation and integration team to deliver high quality and effective support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scope and manage impacts of the proposed and implemented change
- Provide change advice and support for project implementation change readiness
- Provide change management advice to a range of internal stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Manage all change activities to agreed timeframes and generate status reports

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in successfully delivering change management activities in a transformational context with high degrees of complexity within a fast-paced environment
- Sound internal consulting, collaboration, and facilitation experience
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver on agreed objectives
