As a Change and Communications Analyst, you support and embed change throughout the business that enables our people to adopt new systems, tools and ways of working. Leveraging your communication and stakeholder management skills, you undertake analysis on key change data points which support our people through the journey. Your knowledge of our business and experience in delivering change are critical to providing a great change experience for our customers and business.

We are looking for an exceptional Change and Communications Analyst who ideally has experience in Agile work environments. Great executors who have a positive mindset and well-structured in their approach will excel in these roles. As a Change Analyst, you draw on your change management experience and knowledge of our business to deliver the following responsibilities:

- Actively contributes and provides input to develop various change management documentation (such as stakeholder packs, governance collateral, communications), including tracking, reviewing and escalating risks to the team to ensure robust documentation of change management activities.
- Prepare communications materials with the areas of focus being content creation and execution in formats such as Yammer, videos.
- Take ownership for preparing and conducting various change diagnostics including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change readiness assessment and gap assessments to support a data-driven approach to change management.
- Authentically collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g. Change Managers, Program Leaders, HR, Corporate Communications & Marketing, impacted end-users) to assist in designing change solutions, identify interdependencies and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver sustainable change programs.
- Obtain input and analyse data such as change readiness assessments to identify insights like change resistance, prepare reports and presentations to enable data-driven change management decisions.
- Leverage change methodologies and tools to deliver effective change programs that improve business/customer outcomes, ensuring the appropriate mitigations are considered to minimise or eliminate any impact to customers/business.
- Significantly contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within their group/business unit/function/team to support measurable improvements to effectiveness, productivity, customer experience and/or profitability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Pragmatic skills and sound change management disciplines.
- A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
- PROSCI or other change qualifications are ideal.
