**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Transformation and Change to lead our people streams and ensure a seamless experience through a large organisational change program.

The focus of this role will be partnering with the business to implement people strategies and processes to drive a smooth process (short term) and ongoing high performance culture (long term).

You’ll seek to evolve each step of our employee lifecycle by influencing HR business partners, the wider P&C team, and senior stakeholders to align global approaches and best practice.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Working alongside senior stakeholders, the focus for this position will be on the people side of change - including reviewing our organisation effectiveness and supporting senior leaders to develop our employee engagement in line with our People and Communications strategy.
- Lead HR and Change streams within transformation program: Spearhead the people-related aspects of the project, including change management, HR procedures, and talent development.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive Organisational Change: Develop and implement effective change management plans to minimise disruption and maximise adoption.
- Enhance Employee Experience: Improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and employee recognition.
- Build Capability: Assess leadership capabilities and implement development plans to build a high-performing workforce.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with our internal comms team to develop and execute clear and compelling communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Leverage Technology: Utilise HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our organisational values.

**What you'll bring**:
You’ll be an experienced project manager; adept at managing numerous stakeholder groups and driving achievement of an ambitious timeline.

Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate:

- 10+ Years' Experience: In generalist HR, Organization Design, or Talent & Development.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Deep Understanding: Strong knowledge of talent development approaches and theory.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Expert Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead and influence teams, as well as senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (highly desirable)
