A Global Digital Transformation Consultancy in the eCommerce sector is searching for an experienced and people-oriented Finance professional to join them as a Head of Finance and HR. This role is an amazing opportunity to streamline end-to-end Finance operations and lead a team of people through a recent acquisition.

**Your new role**

As Head of Finance and HR you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and coordinating month-end processes, taxation & regulatory requirements, cash flow management, forecasting & budgeting, and financial systems.
- Overseeing the development of financial models, any treasury-related activities (including capital raises), and the performance management function for the business.
- Comprehensive Finance and HR Business Partnering.
- Provide Commercial leadership to the organisation to drive financial goals.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

You’ll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Professional Services background with prior experience in financial leadership, with expertise in navigating employees that go out to client sites and deliver outcomes, understanding utilisation rates, gross margins, portfolio management, and billings.
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong leadership skills.
- Recent “on-the-tools” experience in all end-to-end finance operations.
