Leading global financial services company are seeking an L&D Manager to evolve and elevate existing company offerings to develop workforce capability.

**About the role**:

- Develop and implement an L&D policy that supports the financial regulated and technical sides of the business.
- Develop policies to promote diversity at all levels and ensure fair and consistent implementation.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal reviews, and consultation with line managers and HRBPs to support career development and internal mobility.
- Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training material that meet individual and organizational needs.
- Deliver training using a range of methods, including face-to-face, digital, and blended learning, ensuring the content is accessible, relevant, and engaging.
- Evaluate training and development programs, prepare reports for stakeholders on usage, engagement, and performance, and measure the impact of learning solutions to inform future activities.
- Maintain accurate records of development spend and committed spend to support HR in maintaining the L&D budget and provide accurate forecasts.
- Create and engage learning champions across the organization to support the development of a learning culture.
- Support the development of early careers through work experience placements, internship programs, graduate programs, and apprenticeship frameworks.
- Enhance the annual appraisal process to align with the development of a new competency framework, partnering with the L&D Partner for UK to ensure a consistent approach.
- Implement a companywide mentorship program in partnership with the L&D Partner for UK to deliver a fair and consistent program.
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.
- Provide clear, fair, and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of the company when dealing with customers, clients, or colleagues.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as an L&D Partner or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, ideally LinkedIn Learning, Intuition and Workday
- Learning
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
