Cliftons Melbourne is seeking motivated individuals to join our exam invigilation team on a casual basis. These opportunities are varied and will suit persons who are available for a variety of shifts between 8am and 5:30pm, and occasional evening and weekend work.
**Your general responsibilities will include**:

- Following the direction of the chief supervisor and venue manager
- Completing supplied examination training before deadlines
- Assisting with administration requests (e.g. printing and course materials)
- Ensuring the event rooms and client spaces are clean and highly presentable

**To be successful in the role you will ideally have**:

- previous experience in exam supervision, hospitality, education, customer service or events
- basic IT / technical knowledge (eg. how to connect a computer to WiFi) is desirable
- a calm and patient demeanour
- excellent verbal communication skills and customer service ethic
- strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
- willingness to learn and absorb new information and written procedures
