Casual Test Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled and reliable professional to work as a Casual Test Administrator in our testing center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a secure exam delivery environment, and adhering to all testing procedures and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality test administration services to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and statistics.
- Perform daily tasks such as setting up equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the testing area.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues.
- Escalate any policy breaches or security concerns to management.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid hourly rate of AUD 37.13 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling options, including morning and evening shifts.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
Our testing center is located at 470 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, between 7am and 11pm.
We offer a casual position with no guarantee of hours.
Please note that this role requires you to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
You must also be comfortable working in a quiet environment and able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
