Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to candidates taking exams.
- Exam Delivery: Ensure the smooth delivery of exams, adhering to all testing procedures and company policies.
- Candidate Support: Assist candidates with setting up for exams, explaining exam procedures, and proctoring/invigilating during exams.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during exams.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to sit for long periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
