**Job Title: Test Administrator** What You'll DoAs a Casual Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the delivery of secure exams. This includes checking and verifying candidate identification, explaining exam procedures, and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates
  • Ensure the security and integrity of exams
  • Verify candidate identification and check test registration
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during exams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate policy breaches
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
 RequirementsYou must have a High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable, as is beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Core CompetenciesWe're looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, can problem-solve effectively, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach. You should also be able to sit for long periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs independently. The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be comfortable working in a quiet testing environment and be able to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
