About the Role
As a Communications Executive at Probe CX, you'll be the mastermind behind our communication strategy, both inside and out.
The Communications Executive supports communications strategy development and implements the strategy both internally and externally in close alignment with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of the business's communications strategy.- Align with People and Culture on employee value proposition and the Transformation Office on key projects that require comms support.- Implementation of the communications program both internally and externally.- Coordination of internal events.- Implementation of comms strategy externally - website, social media, media, etc.- Management of internal social media platforms and Intranet.- Work closely with key business stakeholders to articulate the story of Probe CX.
About You- You have experience in a similar role.- Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred.- You have experience managing branded social media accounts and proficiency with Google Analytics and HTML-based content management systems.- You understand that a brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of both working at our company and engaging in the company's services as a client authentically and transparently.- You possess outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.- You have a proven background in using social media to tell a story in a compelling way that drives engagement in line with broader business objectives.- You have the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes in a time efficient manner.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
