**The Company**

**Joining a supportive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include**:

- Attending to client correspondence in a timely manner
- Receipting and accounts receivable functions
- Lodgement of tax returns and tax variations
- Preparation of invoices
- Collation of documentation to be sent to clients or prepared for client meetings
- Reception support, including welcoming incoming phone calls
- Jobflow register maintenance
- Requesting client records, as directed by accounting staff
- Preparation of and supply of documentation to third parties when requested by clients
- Electronic filing of documentation
- ATO lodgement list maintenance
- Some general Team Assistant functions, including support and coordination for Accounting Team member diaries and travel

**About You**
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Customer service experience

**Extensive on the job training will be provided**
