**About the Role**
As a **Client Service Manager (CSM) **at **MUFG Pension & Market Services **within our Fund Solutions business, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service. Your primary focus will be on understanding, anticipating, and managing the needs of our clients to ensure the successful delivery of services and drive business growth. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities for new business. This role is pivotal in ensuring our service excellence and supporting our continued growth.
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, managing service level agreements, and fostering strong relationships.
- **Strategic Client Planning**:Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and strategic initiatives, while effectively managing client expectations.
- **Operational Oversight**:Manage client projects, facilitate meetings, and produce regular reports on client activity, performance, and billing. Ensure the Client & Contacts Database is consistently updated and maintained.
- **Governance & Risk Management**:Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients, and proactively address any service or compliance issues.
**What You’ll Bring**
- **Proven Client Services Expertise**:Demonstrated experience in Custody and Fund Administration essential, including experience in a client facing, relationship management or account management role.
- **Relationship Building Skills**:Proven ability to build and maintain productive client relationships, with a strong focus on managing client expectations.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Solid understanding of the securities industry and custodial services, with relevant experience in banking, stock broking, or financial services highly regarded.
- **Communication & Problem-Solving**:Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders. Adept at anticipating client needs and resolving issues proactively.
- **Attention to Detail**:Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in service delivery, reporting, and documentation.
- **Educational Background**:Tertiary qualification in business, financial markets, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

**Location**:This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with some interstate travel required.
