We are looking for a creative and driven **Marketing Specialist** to support our **Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager.** In this role, you will assist in managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and creating engaging content for our digital channels. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Influencer Marketing & Campaign Coordination**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Research, identify, and establish partnerships with influencers and UGC creators across various platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencer partners, handling negotiations, contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Manage influencer briefings, ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and campaign goals.

**Content & Social Media Management**
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging organic content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

**Database & Contract Management**
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date influencer database, tracking collaborations, contracts, and campaign performance.
- Oversee contract agreements to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Industry Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor activities, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance influencer partnerships and campaign effectiveness.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Coordinate logistics for influencer product seeding and campaign-related materials.Key Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Passion for the beauty industry and influencer marketing, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

**Role Details**:

- **Salary Range**: $60k - $85k + super
- **Reporting to**: Ally Phillips, Hamish Buckley, Blair James, Nick Towns
- **Working Closely with**: Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager
- **Team Size**: 4
- **Location**: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
- **Department**: Marketing
- **Work Hours**: 9 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:
