The Business: Our client is an award-winning Australian property developer, with decades of heritage creating exceptional residential communities. This group is going through an exciting premium brand positioning phase, which you will be a part of. Due to an internal promotion, this new position has become available.  

The Position: Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will execute brand campaigns, manage digital presence, and drive market engagement across a prestigious portfolio. This hands-on, creative role sees you bring premium campaigns to life, coordinate high-level partnerships, and deliver polished marketing that resonates with discerning buyers. You'll focus on brand-wide initiatives, digital strategy, and campaign execution across current and upcoming launches.

  • Salary is up to $100,000 - $120,000 Package, based on experience, incl. superannuation (110K + Super max)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, activations and brand experiences
  • Lead influencer outreach and strategic brand partnerships
  • Drive product launches and multi-channel campaigns
  • Develop targeted eDM campaigns and communication plans
  • Oversee social media, content and external agency management
  • Develop integrated advertising plans and coordinate media buying
  • Monitor performance, optimise ROI and ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies on compelling content

About You

  • Property development experience essential (apartments, mixed-use or premium residential projects preferred, open to agency-side experience with developers or similar industry experience)
  • 4+ years in marketing, communications or brand roles
  • Proven end-to-end campaign delivery including events and digital activations
  • We would love your creative energy and new ideas brought to the table
  • Strong digital marketing, social media and media buying experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Strategic mindset with passion for design and premium positioning
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications (preferred)
  • Own a car and driver's license for project site travel
