Adelaide, Australia Kelsian Group Full time

**International tourism and transport company**
**ASX listed with 12500+ employees globally**
**Access to a range of Employee Benefits**

**Kelsian Group Limited** is a leading ASX-listed integrated transport company with a global workforce of over 12,500 employees. More than just a company, we are a purpose-driven team committed to sustainability, innovation, integrity, and creating positive change.

We are currently seeking a **Legal Administrator/Paralegal**to support our dynamic Australian Legal and Company Secretariat team within our Adelaide Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys building and managing systems, writing reports, and ensuring robust information management - not necessarily someone with traditional legal firm experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality administrative support to our Corporate and Operational Legal Teams.
- Maintain legal filing systems, records, register, and contract databases (including LEX).
- Assist with the coordination of document execution, corporate registers, and legal documentation.
- Format and prepare legal and management reports and templates.
- Support legal-related training, compliance initiatives, and governance reporting tasks.
- Collect, organise, and maintain data, including tracking deadlines and compliance obligations.
- Provide backup support to the Company Secretariat team, including with board documentation and entity registers (via Diligent).

**What We are Looking For**:
We are looking for someone with strong systems thinking, report writing, and data/document management capabilities. You will be comfortable handling administrative tasks like filing, formatting, and coordination, and bring a methodical, proactive approach.

While prior legal or paralegal experience is advantageous, it is not essential as we value capability, attention to detail, and a drive for accuracy over formal legal training.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Organised, energetic and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to quality outcomes.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Qualification or experience in business administration, legal administration, governance or a related field.
- Experience in a legal, corporate or regulated environment (desirable but not essential).

**Why Join Us at Kelsian Group Limited?**
- Work with a collaborative, high-performing legal and governance team.
- Contribute to projects that support good corporate governance across an international group.
- Career growth opportunities in a large, complex organisation.
- Be part of an organisation guided by a values-based culture and COMPASS framework that informs every aspect of our work - from our commitment to safety and sustainability to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.

**How to Apply**

If you are ready to be part of a team helping shape the legal and governance framework of a global transport leader, we would love to hear from you.

We are requesting your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are the best person for this position.

**Applications close Wednesday 9 July 2025
