**The role**:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be working closely with a Partner and a team of lawyers within a collaborative and dynamic environment. This position offers you the opportunity to manage the leasing requirements for our high-profile clients, providing a significant level of autonomy and responsibility.

- An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients.
- The ability to manage deadlines and consistently meet client service level requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and file management skills.
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial.
