**Your new company**

Your new organisation is a leading global bank. They are currently looking for an experienced Team Assistant/ Personal Assistant to support the broader Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Oceania team to provide support with administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks arising in the Business Support team.

**Your new role**

This role will be responsible for delivering quality executive support to the Group Managing Director.
- Maintaining various expense related registers to monitor budget
- Ensuring the team’s adherence to various internal and external rules and regulations relating to Compliance, Risk and Information Security.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working as a Team Assistant/ Personal Assistant, preferably supporting multiple executives
- Experience and abilities in general administrative practices.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and database and web related software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
