**Team**:
The Ops & Tech Corporate Services team provides consulting, technology, project delivery, portfolio management, system planning and operational oversight across these domains.
The Ops & Tech Corporate Services Team has overall accountability for the following businesses:
- Finance & Treasury Technology
- Risk Technology
- Human Resources Technology
- Legal & Group Secretariat Technology
- Divestment Transition Management
- Operations Technology
**Impact and Role Contribution**:
As the Team Assistant to 3 Head of roles, you will play a pivotal role not just for the 3 Heads of but for the broader team. On a day-to-day basis you will help keep everyone on track, look ahead to ensure proactivity and be seeking opportunities for process improvement. You will be the linchpin for the team, helping to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the EGM of Ops & Tech Corporate Services.
This role indirectly reports to the Crew Tech Lead COO Risk Resilience and Content Services, Crew Tech Lead Delivering Simple Everyday HR and the Head of Service Management Corp Services.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Main point of contact for onboarding purposes, gaining IT system access, equipment, welcome packs.
- Processing expenses.
- Coordinating all team events including booking venues, catering, attendance lists
- Assisting with managing the social committee.
- Office management; ordering stationery, booking couriers, IT support, filing, facilities management.
- Organising team packs and presentations for relevant meetings.
- Coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms.
- Assisting with editing PowerPoint presentations when required.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Assisting with managing communications with the wider teams
- Provide office and team support as required
**Skills and experience**:
- The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.
- Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active and friendly attitude, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Intermediate skills using Ms Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a high performance team.
- Demonstrated people and stakeholder management skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
