People & Culture Co-Ordinator

Together, we collaborate to design individualised, person-centred services that empower people to live with greater independence, dignity and quality of life.

At the heart of this is our People & Culture team who play a key role in ensuring we continue to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace where people feel supported to thrive.

The Role

This is a part-time role based at our Toronto office, reporting to our P&C Manager and working closely with our team across all regions.

As our People & Culture Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment of the best clinicians and administration team who align with our values, as wll as coordinating compliance checks, onboarding and general P&C responsibilities. If you love working with people, staying organised, and contributing to meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting roles, screening candidates and scheduling interviews for both clincial and administrative positions
  • Coordinating compliance documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide general administrative support accross the People & Culture function
  • Liaise with our Marketing team to implement new initiatives to attract candidates to Recovery Station eg running competitions and hosting events
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive and values-aligned workplace culture
About You

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or admin coordination is highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage compliance processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Friendly, approachable and aligned with our people-first values
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Competence to navigate platforms such as LinkedIn, social media and online job boards plus Excel and a HR system
