Are you passionate about building vibrant communities and creating meaningful connections? LiSTNR Sport is looking for a dynamic Social Engagement Manager to elevate the team. In this pivotal role, you'll craft and implement innovative strategies to captivate both our current audience and attract new listeners. Your mission will be to enhance listener interaction, drive audience growth, and foster a dedicated community around our content.

You'll take the lead on community-centric initiatives, manage our social media presence, and engage directly with our audience through forums and other platforms. You'll also oversee a talented team, including a community editor and social media producers, and collaborate closely with podcast hosts and content creators to ensure cohesive and impactful community engagement.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Has demonstrated experience and knowledge in social media and audience growth with a clear understanding of the different social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, along with YouTube and other distribution platforms
- Has experience in social media video production, especially short-form formats
- Has experience in managing and overseeing social media content workflow and output
- Has experience in managing a team of social media producers and can prioritise work to maximise outcomes
- Is capable of creating, understanding and sharing regular reports on growth across key social channels
- Has appreciation for how brands and clients can be successfully integrated into content in a way that does not impact audience engagement
- Is capable of speaking directly to creators, advising them of best-practice and negotiating positive outcomes for the business
- Has demonstrable experience in fostering and moderating an online community
- Setting guidelines and principles to ensure audience engagement is maximised
- Has a good understanding of social media and distribution strategies
- Can re-enforce and advise on matters of social media policy and compliance
- Experience in management of workflow and output across social media teams
- Experience in leading social media teams
