**What's the job?**

We are looking to grow our team of super talented contractors and essentially need someone who can pull the strings and bring everything together. We are looking for someone who is super organised, creative and loves to bring marketing projects to life.

You will be working with some of Melbourne's best photographers, videographers, copywriters and designers to create content and promote our clients' small businesses'.

We track all of your time in toggle to ensure our projects meet budget, but apart from that, your time is managed by yourself. You can come into the office as much or as little as you like and manage your own hours/days and weeks. *You will be required to attend all photoshoots and client meetings.

Our mission is to provide engaging and targeted content to small businesses to drive sales and brand awareness. Our social media services are designed to replicate an in-house digital marketing team, with photographers, graphic designers, brand gurus, and marketing experts.

**Overview.**

Social Deli is looking for a skilled social media coordinator to join its Melbourne team in St Kilda.

**So who do we need?**

**What will you be doing?**
- Planning, directing, delegating and tracking the production of multiple digital campaigns, ensuring that both Social Deli and the client see valuable ROI from the project. - We use toggle for this
- Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Linked In, Pinterest and Instagram.
- Bringing the internal and external team together to ensure that all projects are sufficiently resourced and can be delivered to tight deadlines.
- Providing proficient client management and organisational support to new and existing clients.
- Working with photographers, videographers, copywriters and designers to produce targeted content campaigns consistent with Social Deli's style and tone. - If you're also a bit of a word wizard, we would be keen to incorporate copywriting into your role
- Ability to work autonomously and own the process whilst adhering to and improving The Social Deli's methodologies.
- Be knowledgeable on the effective process steps needed to execute a project successfully and efficiently.
- Foster and develop strong relationships with the client and provide a stress-free customer journey.
- Using programs like Asana, WhatsApp, Canva and Slack to keep the Internal and external teams consistently up-to-date on the status of their campaigns.

**Experience**:

- A University degree in communications, marketing/advertising or similar.
- 3-4 years experience in marketing with a publisher, media owner, media agency, creative agency or similar.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and creative flair.
- Experience with Project Management tools (Excel, Basecamp, etc) and social platforms.
- A great attitude - you must be upbeat, enthusiastic, ready to learn and the consummate team player.

**Where's the office?**

The Social Deli HQ is in St Kilda. The office is beautiful with high ceilings, plants and natural light. Our office dog, Humphrey is a regular and a fun little distraction for when you need a break.
