**Casual Role**

**The Opportunity**

In this role you will be supporting in a patient administrative role across various areas of the hospital. This will encompass Customer facing roles, Switch board, Ward clerk, Data entry, Customer Service enquiries, General Administrative duties.
- Your duties will include but not limited to:_
- Responsibilities include representing the company in a positive manner by delivering a **superior level of customer service** to all.
- This role also involves addressing **patient and doctor inquiries**, along with handling all administrative tasks related to **patient preadmissions, admissions and discharges** including health fund eligibility checks and estimations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential component of the role, along with the ability to prioritise workload and maximise efficiency in duties.

To be successful you will be a well-presented individual who **possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels** in a multi-disciplined team environment.
- You will also demonstrate:_
- Proficient in administrative and secretarial skills
- Robust background in customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tasks headlines.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, punctuality, integrity and respect for others
- Swift and accurate typing skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
