**The Role**

**This role reports to the Supporter Services Team Leader and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Telemarketing**:_
- Outbound/inbound telemarketing calls - warm audiences
- Registration, welcome, supporter engagement calls
- Upgrade calls, conversion of cash donors to RG, thank you calls
- Appeals - Communicate with donors to solicit ongoing financial support, including Tax Appeal follow up calls, Christmas Appeal
- General donations - ‘thank you’ calls to donors & other engagement calls
- **Supporter care**:_
- Respond to supporter enquiries in a professional and polite manner and provide outstanding customer service
- Refer supporter queries or complaints to relevant parties
- General administrative duties, including filing, scanning
- Process General Banking/receipting when required
- High level of data entry & updating our existing data base with outbound/ inbound calls and incoming correspondence
- **Fundraising Support**:_
- Provide backup to other Supporter Services Team members
- Assist with setup & execution of Fundraising activities & events
- Any other duties as required

**To succeed you will have**:

- Prior customer service skills and/or administrative experience
- Competency in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
- Prior fundraising experience, knowledge of CRM or tele-fundraising/telemarketer experience (whilst not essential), is highly regarded
- Be team-orientated, self-motivated whilst able to work independently
- Be empathetic and resilient
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with an ability to prioritise
- Be professional in all manners, including written prose
