Looking for an experienced Accounts admin for a State Government opportunity in Crawley

**Your new company**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator and Finance Officer to join a State Government department in Crawley. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 1-month temporary contract. This is a part-time position, you will be expected to work 3 or 4 days.

**Your new role**
- Reception answering phone calls/ helping customers with enquiries.
- Record Keeping
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Stationery Orders
- Fleet Cost Reconciliation
- Corporate Card Reconciliation
- Conference Room Bookings
- Vehicle Bookings
- Maintaining Office i.e., paper/toner in Photocopiers
- Arranging Office Maintenance (Booking in contractors)
- Asset Stock take/Maintenance

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Oracle experience is a bonus
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
