**Finance and Administration Officer**

JLT Public Sector provides risk based services to public sector entities nationally and across WA.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Administration Officer to join our team in WA. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will contribute to the administration and maintenance of the financial processes and systems of the enterprise and/or its subsidiaries. This position requires a basic understanding of accounting and is ideal for someone looking to develop their experience in this field.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage the banking system including payments, uploads and reconciliations
- Financial accounting, including posting journals and raising credit notes
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Assist with quarterly, half yearly and end of financial year reporting requirements
- Creditors, Debtors and other monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Expense claim and Credit card processing
- Travel Expense Management
- General Finance and Administration duties

**What you need to have**:

- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Experience with Oracle iProcurement, advantageous but not necessary
- An understanding, agreement and commitment to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Motivation and ambition, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- A self-starter attitude and dedication to assisting the team and achieving positive results
