**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their finance team on a 9-month fixed term contract. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a junior position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the finance field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, payments, debt collection and expense claims.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year in the VET sector..
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
