The Intake and Community Links Team Leader manages a team of Advanced Case Managers and Education Advisors in their work with children and young people in the Refugee Minor Program (RMP). The Team Leader is responsible for the day to day operations of the RMP's Stronger Futures for Refugee Youth (SFRY) Team and the Intake and Case Contracting team. The SFRY teams works alongside Case Managers to provide a range of services to assist young people between 16 and 21 years of age with their successful transition to young adulthood. The Intake and Case Contracting Team manage all new referrals into the RMP and supports community service agencies who are contracted to deliver case management services to RMP children and young people in Regional Victoria.
The Team Leader is an active member of the RMP leadership Team and works closely with program managers to identify service system gaps and operational developments within a solution focused framework
