Job Description
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a dynamic, varied, and rewarding position for a well-organised individual who enjoys being the face of the branch. As the Receptionist & Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing excellent customer service from the front desk. You will also play a key role in supporting the Sales team with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys balancing front-desk responsibilities with administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Service, Parts and other Sales Administrators
- Administer paperwork in relation to branch sales
- Administer all paperwork required for machine invoicing
- Assist with end of month process for machine deliveries
- Compile reports from the various business units within the branch weekly, monthly, etc.
- Assist Service and Parts in debtor recovery
- Assist Purchasing Managers and Inventory Managers as required
- Preparation of dealer warranty credit notes
- Maintaining YTD & Total history of machine sales
**Role Requirements**:
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers and Dealers
- Experience with double entry accounting
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidence with numbers
- Ability to follow all company policies
