**Overview**
We are searching for an efficient Administration Assistant to help ensure the smooth and successful running of the EBM RentCover business. You will use your strong decision making and problem-solving skills to provide invaluable support to both our team and our clients.
**What’s on offer?**
As EBM RentCover’s newest Administration Assistant, your role is varied - one day you could be typing away and managing client data, the next you could be preparing spreadsheets or helping with renewals. Whatever the day throws at you, you will be sure to knock it out of the park, thanks to the support of the energetic and passionate team that surrounds you.
- A snapshot of some of your responsibilities:_
- Processing policy renewals so clients remain protected with insurance (don’t worry, we will show you the ropes).
- Issuing notices to clients that indicate they are behind in paying their premium, and encouraging them to renew their policy (again, we will teach you all about the insurance world).
- Monitoring certain inboxes and either responding or forwarding the correspondence to relevant parties.
- Data entry, including typing away in Word, Excel, and various online systems.
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets that help to streamline data management and assist with timely document processing.
**Sounds good What skills do I need?**
It would be great if you are a self-starter with a couple years’ experience under your belt. As you will have already picked up on, you should be a whizz when it comes to data entry and processing work. You also need to be comfortable handling a diverse range of tasks (often juggling them at one time). More important than this, we are looking for someone who is warm, understanding and relates well to othersthis is because you will work with many facets of the business.
