Our Hawthorn East based boutique practice brings together over 48 years of financial planning experience to meet the financial needs of individuals and small to medium enterprises.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Manager / Administration assistant to join a well-established boutique financial planning business based in Hawthorn East. Working closely with the Principal Adviser, you will play an integral role in contributing to the success and growth of GK Financial Services.
Your organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage workflow will be critical to your success. Additionally, we are looking for a team player who is approachable, personable, and thrives in a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Preparing client review documents and advice documents
- Being the primary point of contact for client enquiries
- Ensuring client files are compliant and up-to-date
- Provide general assistance with the processing of all administration tasks
- Assist and support Principal Adviser in daily administration duties for both new and existing clients
**Pre-requisites, Required attributes**
- Prior experience in a financial planning administration role (essential)
- A strong work ethic, demonstrating efficiency and high productivity
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry regulations
- Knowledge of superannuation, investment and insurance products
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
