Complete Electrical & Communication Solutions is a young and growing electrical contracting company specialising in the commercial sector.

**About the role**

As an Office Administration, you will be required to provide a range of administration, accounts and payroll duties, including but not limited to the following:

- Data entry - Supplier invoices, credits etc.
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivables - Following up on overdue invoices
- Weekly Payroll
- Filing
- Taking team meetings
- General house cleaning
- Creating new customer, employee and suppliers accounts

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SimPRO experience preferred but not necessary
- Xero experience preferred but not necessary
- Organised and has strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Microsoft 365 experience
