**Australian College of Excellence (ACE)** is operating in Rockdale Australia.

We provide quality of both English language and VET courses to international students.

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Relations Officer. It is a full-time/part-times position.

In this role you will be one of the key points to develop and coordinate research to determine the market for Victory Institute of Vocational Education products and create and execute strategies to connect the business’ current products with potential markets and promote growth within existing markets. You will need to be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and have experience in the use of a College Management Computer System.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**

**Marketing**
- Liaise with overseas and local agents to promote colleges and brands
- Working with the PEO/CEO to devise a multi quarter marketing plan that will meet pipeline objectives of the business
- Assess designated market trends and analyse the needs and convey to PEO/CEO
- Identify gaps or opportunities in the marketplace and convey to PEO/CEO
- Monitor global market for growth or downturns, in particular the international students market
- Design and implement market specific strategies to increase the college presence in designated territories marketplace
- Strategic marketing of education program offerings of the business through various mediums of media - for instance develop, implement and maintain relevant sections of the website of the business as required to maximise the presence of the business amongst stakeholders and competitor businesses
- Ensure that all marketing promotional material complies with relevant regulatory body guidelines and policies
- Maintain a depth of knowledge about competitive colleges and provide analysis to the PEO/CEO
- Coordinate market feedback to ensure market relevance of courses and conveys to PEO/CEO
- Input into articulation efforts with other collaboration institutions based on market feedback.
- Regular marketing reports as per PEO/CEO needs with respect to marketing budgets and monthly reporting on KPI with respect to the marketing budget
- Monitor agents’ performance in accordance with the agency agreement and report the findings to the PEO/CEO.

**Administration**
- Provide input and feedback to college heads as per market needs including
- Relevancy of courses offered
- Training & Assessment strategies - timetables including intakes
- Delivery mode (timetable format etc.)
- Location of delivery site(s)
- Pricing strategy
- Conduct agent and coordinate student surveys and convey findings to PEO/CEO
- Attend meetings

**Promotion**
- Arrange advertising in all media as per marketing plan.
- Design and create special all flyers and brochures, inserts, website, business cards, Power-Point presentation, videos, audio, banners, posters and promotional products etc.
- Attend approved exhibitions, international student seminars, conference and other public events (including overseas) as per marketing plan
- Visit educations agents, clients and business stakeholders when required for marketing and promotional events

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT**
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline
- Working experience in marketing at an educational institution; and
- Ability to speak an appropriate second language.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, other employees and stakeholders across the organisation
- Ability to analysis and process marketing data in relation to the organisation as a whole to set and implement strategic direction and goals
- Demonstrated capacity to create, develop and implement new marketing policies and procedures and to effectively communicate these through the organisation and to the clients and other employees
- Be able to report to and coordinate with senior business staff
- Second Language preferred
