**Receptionist / Admin officer**:
Established & busy strata management office in Rockdale. We invite a efficient receptionist /admin officer to join our friendly team.
**The Role: Main duties but not limited to**
- Phone call management : receiving and calling out, answering enquiries
- Update system : clients details update in system
- Prepare documentations : check system records and sending out related information to clients or related departments
- Office ad hoc duties, team support
**To be successful, you are meeting the following**:
- Attention to details : Accuracy
- Efficiency : Reply clients and finish work in time frame
- Communication skills: Clear and polite responding
- Computer skills: Use words, excel, power point etc skillfully
- Team player: good team player, supportive
- Passion and enthusiastic: active, willing to learn and adaptable
