**Your Key Accountabilities**:The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Perform human resource management activities including staff development and workload planning to ensure adequate resources are available to deliver transition services in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Contribute to a dynamic environment, ensuring risks are identified and minimised.
- Drive the development of automation and innovation across the team to realise efficiencies.
- Effectively document, communicate, manage, and coordinate Releases to minimise the adverse impact of ongoing issues on business operations across the customer environments.
- Identify risks and issues and provide regular reports to senior management on internal release team metrics including release progress.

**Role Requirements**:
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience
Highly Desirable
- Experience working within various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).
- Practical understanding and use of Scrum agile methodologies and practices.
- Release Governance experience in scheduling, coordinating, processes and tooling.
- Azure DevOps
