**Job location**
Our Corporate Office is located at Thomas Embling Hospital just 15 minutes north of the city. Due to our announced expansion across all Directorates, we have a need for experienced like-minded professionals to join our team to support our growing services. Our Directorates includes Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations and our Community Directorate with highly skilled disciplines including Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychologists and Social Work. We have an outstanding L&D and discipline Educator co-hort that continually upskill our already skilled and supportive team.
**About the Role**:
The Procurement and Contract Coordinator is responsible for providing timely and efficient procurement and contract administration to the organisation. This includes:
- Maintaining Vendor Panel and Contract Monitor administration needs
- Maintaining a strong customer focus and engagement at all times and a strong team and individual approach to delivery of these services
- Ensuring positive engagement and relationships with all contract managers.
**Duties**:
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY 1:
- **Procurement Administration and Support**
- Assist with preparation of communications, reports, presentations, and review of Procurement related policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to all procurement events.
- Work with BSS to maintain Procurement intranet and internet content updates.
- Maintain user access, governance and process documentation for Vendor Panel
- Undertake regular audits of Vendor Panel systems
- Provide regular reporting from Vendor Panel to Procurement Manager
- Provide support to staff on Vendor Panel related issues
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY 2:
- **Contract Administration and Support**
- Maintain user access, governance and process documentation for Contract Monitor
- Support Forensicare Contract Managers with Contract Monitor related issues
- Proactively and collaboratively work on Procurement business improvement and process capture initiatives where required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to Forensicare's values, vision and behaviour promises.
- Undertake regular audits of Contract Monitor to ensure contract management compliance.
- Provide regular reporting from Contract Monitor to Procurement Manager and other Foreniscare Contract Managers
**About You**:
- Demonstrate previous experience in procurement administration
- Demonstrate previous experience in contact administration
- Excellent communication skills and client service focus.
- Excellent administration and personal organisational skills
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Displays confidence and initiative.

Experience in maintaining eProcurement and Contract management platforms.
Experience is assisting in Procurement and Contract Management administration.
