**How you can help make a better world of work**

The Internal Audit Lead role will be a pivotal component to support Culture Amp growth strategy and be a key business partner in identifying any shortcomings in Culture Amp internal controls. In addition, you will have significant involvement and influence to provide direction, support, coordination, oversight and reporting of internal audit activities.

**_ Your role in the Camp:_**
- Support the development of the annual internal audit plan
- Lead and take ownership of planning, execution and reporting of internal audits in accordance with Culture Amp Internal Audit Methodology
- Identify control weaknesses and opportunities for control improvement
- Deliver high quality internal audit reports via verbal and written communication
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide oversight and monitoring of the closure of internal audit management actions
- Being proactive and providing insights/opportunities to enhance the operation of Internal Audit (continuous improvement)
- Assist in the development of internal audit presentations for Risk & Audit Committee

**_What you’ll bring to Culture Amp:_**
- 6+ years of audit experience primarily across operations, HR and finance
- Demonstrated and understanding of risk management and audit principles
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and soft-skills
- Proven ability to lead, trust instincts and problem solve
- Enthusiastic and proactive, able to direct your own course and work on problems for which no clear solution stands out
- Extensive experience testing operational controls
