**How you can help make a better world of work**
- Technology Support Mission: Putting people first, we respond quickly to resolve issues. Engaging at key points in their journey, we become trusted partners - enhancing the experience and allowing Campers to deliver greater impact._
**As part of coverage for Parental Leave we have a 3 month contract available within our IT Support Team working out of our Richmond office 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday + One other day)**
You will be a self starter, who can work autonomously, with amazing attention to detail - this role would suit individuals who are studying IT, but we'd love to hear you if you have experience and are returning to the workforce, looking for a short term contract or simply have a personal interest in IT.
**In this role you will be focused on**:
- Service Request provisioning,
- Actioning process driven work relating to audit remediation
- Co-ordinating with our end users as part of hardware refresh activities (Jamf)
- First level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Occasional in office event / meeting room technical support (Zoom Rooms and Crestron system)

- _Curious and have an appetite to learn new skills and tools._
- Self driven - You find value in the work you do because of the impact it has on people in the company. This makes even the boring or tedious parts of our work feel worth doing.
- Well versed in the hard-skills required to provide a great support experience. These aren't only technical - i.e. the ability to communicate clearly, structure interactions in a way that provides a journey and understanding to our users, create good documentation allowing people to help themselves (and much more).
- Comfortable working from the office most days. A big part of the role is live/in-person support and maintaining our office Technology - being where we're needed is important.
