Unlike the original, **Lona Misa** reveals its charismatic charm and endearing idiosyncrasies upon the first visit. Home to 90 seats and sustainably crafted to be shareable, seasonal, and flavourful, Latin fare and bistro dining collide against the norms of the classical medley you know of vegan and vegetarian dining. From kombucha on tap to Latin-inspired cocktails, the drinks program celebrates the liveliness of La Bamba, pouring liberating libations from garden to glass. Meticulously mixed and creatively crafted using the freshest local and sustainable sourced ingredients, inspired by the lush green gardens and vibrant botanical wonders.

**The Gig**

We are looking for an experienced **Door Host/ess **to come join our fun & exciting team As our Door Host, you will be the first point of contact for all arriving guests into our venue. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand and we want it to be a lasting impression This is a **Casual** role and will require flexibility within availability, working nights & weekends. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Greeting all guests as they enter venue
- Directing guests within venue
- Maintain a neat and organised environment
- Escort guests to desired location when necessary
- Learn menu to provide detailed information to guests
- Liase with front of house team to ensure smooth operation

You will be a hands-on ambassador who is a great communicator with all patrons. Excellent attention to detail and exceptional presentation and grooming is one of your greatest strengths. You will have a valid RSA or willing to obtain one prior to starting with us and you will ideally have experience in hosting which will be vital in succeeding in this role.
