Cellar Door Sales Assistants – Main & Cherry, Chandlers Hill

Main & Cherry is a boutique cellar door nestled in Chandlers Hill, at the northern edge of the McLaren Vale wine region and the gateway to the Fleurieu Peninsula.

We've built something special over the past three years: a relaxed, welcoming space where people come to enjoy beautiful wines, local food, and great company. We're now looking for casual Cellar Door Sales Assistants to join our friendly team and help deliver memorable experiences to every guest.

What we're looking for:

You're passionate about wine and people, and you take pride in good service. You're reliable, well-presented, and thrive in a busy environment while keeping things calm and personable.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • A current RSA certificate
  • Availability on weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in cellar doors or hospitality
  • Confidence conducting tastings and engaging with guests
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, "can do" attitude
  • Wine knowledge
  • POS experience an advantage
  • Food handling or barista skills (desirable)
  • Ability to carry 3 plates

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Host tastings and drive wine sales
  • Deliver food and wine to tables
  • Sign up new Cherry Club members
  • Pack and dispatch wine orders
  • Handle bookings and enquiries
  • Keep the cellar door spotless and welcoming
